Make reported progress traceable to the route
Project managers and rollout contractors need to reconcile what was planned, what was recorded in the field and what is ready for review. Lumacorp tracks execution against routes, segments and sites so that reported progress keeps its geographic context.
From planned scope to verified work
- Start with the mapped route and the relevant project scope.
- Record execution progress for the route, segment or site.
- Compare recorded work with the plan and supporting measurements.
- Review discrepancies and mapped evidence before billing.
- Connect the completed work to installation and commissioning records.
Review the differences, not just the total
A route-level total may conceal missing or revised segments. Reconciliation should identify the particular section affected, the supporting field record and the reason for the difference. The review decision remains a project process; tracking progress does not imply automatic payment authorization.
What the workflow produces
The relevant outputs are mapped progress, route measurement context and supporting records for execution review. Confirm the exact review statuses and documents required by your delivery process during the demonstration.
Does verification authorize a payment?
Mapped verification supports billing review. Lumacorp is not described as replacing a finance system or independently authorizing payments.
Can survey and execution lengths differ?
Yes, they describe different stages of work. Changes should be investigated by route or segment and reviewed against the agreed measurement method. See planned vs executed RKM.
