Connect the field task with the place it needs to happen

Operations heads and field coordinators need to move from a mapped issue to a task that a team can act on. Work Force Management connects tickets, assignment and location-based dispatch with the GIS network record.

Coordinate the work from creation to closure

  1. Create the field ticket with the relevant network and location context.
  2. Assign work using the configured assignment process.
  3. Reassign when responsibility or availability changes.
  4. Track status and closure in the workforce workflow.
  5. Review daily reports alongside service and staff context.

Native work management and connected systems

The owner-supplied workforce scope includes ticket creation, auto-assignment, reassignment, closure, location-based dispatch and daily reports. ITSM integration synchronizes assignment, status and closure updates. HRMS linkage brings together staff records, attendance and field-team context.

The linkage does not establish payroll processing, statutory reporting or salary compliance. Those commercial and jurisdiction-specific requirements need a separate defined scope.

Can assignment use our operating rules?

Auto-assignment is part of the supplied capability. Review the supported rules, field availability and exception handling for your team before defining the dispatch process.

What information moves to the service system?

Assignment, status and closure updates are the established integration scope. Agree system boundaries, identifiers and ownership of each update in the integration discussion.

Can we see team attendance and work together?

HRMS integration includes staff records, attendance, field teams and WFMS linkage. Confirm the exact views and permissions appropriate to your organization.
